Bing Crosby was a popular singer and movie star in the 1930s.

In this decade, Crosby made his solo debut on radio, co-starring with the Carl Fenton Orchestra on CBS Radio. In 1936, he replaced Paul Whiteman as host of Kraft Music Hall, a weekly radio program on NBC. He was also one of the first artists to sign to Decca Records.

Crosby also enjoyed a lengthy filmography during the 1930s, starring in such films as College Humor, Going Hollywood, and Anything Goes.
